I have a problem with an analogue repeater, frequencies and CCTSS all correct but not opening the repeater The only thing that I think I could try is the setting 'Admit Criteria' which is set for 'Always' for all other repeaters not sure if I should change that to 'Correct CCTSS/CDCSS' or even 'Cha...

When you say it goes at about 5 mins is that on RX or TX ?
As far as I can see from the manual it does not mention the feature, but at 5 mins that sounds a bit too quick to time out

Hi Steve Not sure if this will help ! MD-390 has three firmware, old vocoder and new vocoder with GPS and new vocoder without GPS, so please check version first in the radio, check menu-utilities-radio info-versions and if you find the version is D002 and D003, it should the old vocoder and the late...

It could be faulty, but more likely as I said before that type of antenna is
a compromise.
Not the easiest solution I know but you need a dedicated antenna for each
band

So why would you want a SWR Meter its only a RX antenna
Don't know the antenna but it can only be a compromise with that spread.
