Re: Hytera MD785

This ought to help identify which signals could be present on the external connectors: https://www.hamdigitaal.nl/download/algemene-informatie/_Hytera_Steckerbelegungen.pdf whether the radio firmware will allow you to do what you want is less clear. You could search for an MD785 service manual, it p...

Re: gb7wl <>brandmeister linking

Hello Could someone please tell me if WL is linked to brandmeister? Can i get into brandmeister via WL using radio? WL is connected to the Phoenix network, not Brandmeister. That means there isn't a direct route and I don't think there are any BM connected repeaters in the area. Do you have access ...

Re: PD705 LT firmware / CPS

Thank you Brian, I will look into doing that when I get the time. I was a bit concerned about bricking the radio but found the upgrade procedure is documented and is the same as on the PD785. I managed to upgrade my PD365s OK (although there were no benefits) so hopefully this will not be too probl...

Re: PD705 LT firmware / CPS

I wondered if anyone else has one of these radios or knows of recent firmware updates (and matching CPS) for it. I cannot seem to find anything via Google. I'm hoping that they will fix the audio 'spikes' -- short blasts of very high volume on received overs, mostly at the beginning. I notice this ...

Re: MD380/RT3 firmware update issue

I think you would do better to try the newer versions you can find here: http://www.foxhollow.ca/DMR/?menu=experimental the early 2016 firmware versions are now ancient. When programming you need to put the radio into DFU mode with the PTT and top side key pressed before powering on. I hope the rest...

Re: Wrong model ?

I would suggest going to http://tyt888.com and downloading the latest firmware for the MD390, it comes in a fairly large zip or rar file and contains a directory for each variation of MD3x0, with an without GPS where relevant and with old vocoder and new vocoder. Direct link to the file is http://ww...

What's it actually called? "digiham" as a search string returns no results.
