Welcome. You should be able to access GB7DO in Doncaster which is on the BrandMeister and GB7TD in Wakefield which is on the Northern DMR Cluster which has a connection to Phoenix UK and DMR-MARC.

The net is held fortnightly on a Tuesday on Phoenix TG840 or DMR Plus Reflector 4440 at 20.00 for around 1 hour. February schedule is Tuesday 14th and 28th then March 14th and 28th. Retevis RT8 or TYT MD380 - around £100 and plenty of accessories - it's a good entry level radio which is a decent size and light weight.

There have been no major changes to the Phoenix network in regards to talk groups since late 2015. Here's a Retevis RT8 code plug - got the radio yesterday from someone in the Midlands area. It does not have TG's 83, 84 & 85 but you can add them and modify the code plug to suit. Revevis RT8 - CP...
