DP3400 Top Tip

Postby Paul-2E0SQK » Tue Jan 20, 2015 11:29 pm

Hi all

A few people have passed comment about trying to remember what is programmed onto each ch on a DP3400 with it having no display well after talking to Adam and Graham G7NEH at the weekend I learnt something new in the CPS if you click on File on the menu bar and then reports you can print of the Channels report so you have a printout of what is where.

Hope this helps you guys out, any other top tips out there, ill put into individual posts and pop them in the relevent section

Thats what I did at first and had it stuck to front of the radio, you can also print out the button layout and there functions its good for a person how has not setup that radio, I used to loan my DP3400 out now and then and it was good to give out the sheet so that people knew what ch was what and what button did what.

Iv since sold my DP3400 and now have display radios does make life sooooo much easier
