Cryptic remarks but no information. A bit more to this than work in progress maybe?

The twitter page is remaining up for the time being - and one of the last posts states - "Note that the closing of http://cc-3.net does not affect the Phoenix Network. They are separate entities with close ties"

There is a new page on http://www.cc-3.net/
I thought it strange that Iain G0RDI binned his CC3-net Facebook membership about a week ago, lets hope that Phoenix UK does not morph into Fahrenheit 451...

Phoenix is not going to burn up. And as for G0RDI's departure from the group, it's due to similar reasons that I closed the group. There became a disliking to the unruly behavior of a few members some which got removed and continued their antics on other groups quoting CC-3. Therefore I decided it was time for it all to end and as ran the website as well, that went with it. News of what happened was later posted on the DMR for the UK page but even that turned into a circus thanks for just a handful of people as well as the person that created this site which is a poor show. Seems that some people in the north prefer to spend more time trolling peoples Facebook comments than being amateurs.

Radio is a hobby, trolling is a calling..
Are you still thinking of running a DMR information site - in an independant capacity ? because you seem to be quite suited to that sort of thing.. Most information that people are after is out there, but it is fragmented and sometimes difficult to track down - so there is a need..

I'm now done with the anti-social skills that some displayed on the Facebook Group.

I may resume a website or forum as I did in the past as I know there are users and keepers supporting this.
