Missing talkgroups

Postby Bob » Sat Sep 26, 2015 5:27 pm

Hello there, my problem is this, I recently downloaded the latest codeplug from tmrf for my CS 700, there are 13 talkgroups 8s for London and south east zone, which downloaded into the software, when I write this to the radio, only 10 appear on the radio screen! When I read it again from the radio there are 13 showing back on the software, any ideas would be welcome, incidentally, Chris at tmrf, tried programming it for me using remote desktop, and the same thing happened
Hoping for some replies

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm a bit of a newbie with dmr, could you explain (simply) how I might add the missing tg8s into the scan list

OK Bob run the CPS program, load the codeplug, go to Conventional, then Scan. You should have an entry London & SE Roam, double click on this and see what and how many entries are there..

Have had a look at the TMRF CS700 Codeplug and it looks correct.
When you select the GB7NS Zone the channels are:
1 NS 8**
2 NS 9 S2
3 NS 9 S1
4 NS 235
5 NS 13
6 NS 1
7 NS 2
8 NS 113
9 NS 123
10 NS 119
11 NS 129

**Linked to London & SE Roaming Scan List
When on Channel 1 (NS 8) and you select SCAN (bottom side button) it will scan:
NS 8
WL 8
SC 8
AV 8
EX 8
GF 8
EP 8
HR 8
IK 8
BK 8
SE 8
ID 8
MP 8
